Water spilled on laptop = good?

How can spilling a glass of ice water on your laptop keyboard be a good thing?  Yesterday afternoon I was shoo-ing my cat off my desk, and knocked over a glass of ice water on my MacBook Pro keyboard.  I tried to clean up the mess with paper towels, but the damage was done — now the keyboard either does not work, or random keystrokes appear on the screen (in other words, it’s shorting out).  So right now, my laptop is unplugged, with the battery pulled out, in drying mode.  And I’m writing this blog to you on my husband’s PC desktop (ick).

Book Review: The Now Habit by Neil Fiore Ph.D.

The Now Habit: A Strategic Program for Overcoming Procrastination and Enjoying Guilt-Free Play by Neil Fiore, Ph.D., originally was published in 1989, so perhaps everyone besides me has already read this book … but I found it incredibly helpful in diagnosing my current procrastination problems with finishing my book and getting done some nagging stuff on my to-do list.

Going With the Flow
