Questions |
Do
you only help women?
No. Men are welcome to join The Money Mastermind
or use any of our services – both single
men, as well as the spouses/partners of our female
clients. Our programs have been crafted with the
needs of women in mind, emphasizing community,
relationships, learning, and emotions –
but we are not excluding men from using our services.
How are
you compensated?
We are a fee-only, independent firm. That means
we do not receive a commission on any recommended
investments or insurance products. Our compensation
is directly from our clients, in the form of hourly
fees, project fees, monthly membership fees, and
class tuition.
Are your
fees tax-deductible?
Yes. You may be able to take an itemized deduction
for tax and/or investment advice in the miscellaneous
section of Schedule A, subject to a 2% floor of
adjusted gross income. If you are self-employed,
you may be able to deduct fees as a necessary
business expense for professional advisory services.
Can you
give me names and contact information for your
clients?
We do not provide contact information of our clients,
to protect their confidentiality. We do provide
messages on this website from our clients about
our services, and may also provide references
for other financial professionals. The success
stories on this website are all documented in
our files.
How does
your money-back satisfaction guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied with your service, class,
program, or product, you may return all items
received and obtain a refund of all your fees
paid, within one year of purchase of your service
or product. You must give us notice by phone,
email, fax, or mail, and return all items received
(such as CDs or binders), to get your refund.
